Berryville, VA Woman Has Boyfriend's Brake Lines Cut on Work Vehicle

Deborah Kay Stout, 43, guilty of the first-degree murder of her boyfriend, Frank B. Owens III, and recommended on Thursday that she be sentenced to life in prison. Though he was murdered at home on July 12, 2004, she was also convicted of conspiracy to commit malicious wounding for a June 2004 incident in which the brake lines on Owens’ work vehicle were intentionally cut.
