4/24 Kansas City, MO Boss Saves Employee from Assault

A 45-year-old woman was near her car in the parking lot of your workplace during the lunch break when she was assaulted. The assailant attached her with a knife with a blade which reportedly was at least 6 inches long. She was stabbed in the torso and suffered serious injuries. As she screamed, the victim's boss stepped in and scared the assailant away. The suspect, who may be the woman's boyfriend, fled the parking lot in his SUV. The man was later taken to a hospital after a possible suicide attempt.
