5/5/06 Window Rock, NM Social Services Client Makes Bomb Threat

A social services client threatened in the afternoon that he would blow up the office and that he was going to return with a gun, with intentions of using it on the staff. The client’s children are receiving the services of the agency. “He was very upset because he was told to get treatment,” said the director of the agency. Staff notified police but the man left. Authorities are unable to locate him at this time. The worker who received the threat has taken time off after being traumatized by the event.
