5/2 Beacon, NY Corrections Officer Stabs Co-worker/Husband in Face with Pen
David Corso and Joann Corso were a married couple who both worked at the Beacon Correction Facility, a minimum-security prison for women. The fight between the husband and wife began around 8 a.m. and ended when Joann Corso stabbed her husband in the face with a pen, all in front of several inmates who witnessed the incident. The wife was charged and both Corsos have been suspended without pay, pending disciplinary action.
