5/4 Obrien, FL Coworker Shoots Other with Gun from Car

Kenneth James McFatten, 44, allegedly shot and wounded a man in the wrist and shoulder. It was the end of his shift at work when he got in an argument with the victim. McFatten went to his truck, got a .25-caliber handgun, and shot once or twice just to the side of the victim, hitting the ground. The two began to wrestle when the gun went off, striking the victim. According the victim, they had been arguing but that McFatten did not mean to shoot him. McFatten stated that the two were playing.
