A Massachusetts man tried to hire a hit man to rape and murder his wife in an effort to ensure he’d win a custody dispute. Ira Bloom, 46, or Springfield, Mass., wanted his wife abducted on her way to work and raped “over a period of days,” according to an affidavit. The affidavit describes a meticulously planned plot in which Bloom allegedly outlined when his wife arrives at work, where she parks and which days she does not have custody of their child. He allegedly insisted she be killed before August 12- the next court date in their custody dispute. Bloom allegedly provided his wife’s work address and a description of her car. Investigators said he promised to pay within 90 days, once he collected on his wife’s insurance policy. It is not the first time Bloom threatened to kill his wife, investigators said. He was under a restraining order until July 5 for “allegations of death threat.”

His trial starts today. What the news didn't say was that his ex wife constantly accused him of this. Too bad no one ever checks into the stuff that lead up to the problems and the fact that she lied so many times to judges and got away with it because she was a poor russian immigrant. The court had ordered a psycologist to look into the childs fears and when he wrote that the mother was in fact not fit as well as other Dr.'s reports as to her mental condition the judge refused to give the father custody because he disliked the man. Judge Sacks is well known for only siding with mothers regardless of proof of being unfit.Ms Zanna Bloom broke all the rules and was allowed to get away with it. Oh and She also married Mr.Bloom to become a US. Citizen. Knowing full well she never actully divorced her husband in russia , She also told the judges she was from chernoble > That was another lie. He sister testified that she was indeed not from there,
